We do so by working closely with you to understand your organization, its stakeholders, and goals and objectives of your program. Strategic Grant Planning

Perhaps your organization has identified a grant that it would like to compete for in the future. Perhaps you were unsuccessful in competing for a previous grant. We will review previously awarded opportunities and available proposals to determine what the funder is interested in to help better align and position you for future proposals from the funder. This may involve strategy planning sessions to help you identify stakeholders, collaborators, and concrete measures of success.

M&E 101 Training

Learn the basics of program monitoring and evaluation (M&E). We offer beginner-level monitoring and evaluation training in an effort to help your organization learn better practices for integrating M&E across your services and programs for continuous improvement. This also ensures that as your program evolves, needs or potential gaps are identified and addressed. Most government grants require the inclusion of an M&E plan in the proposal. This training will give you the foundation to develop one.

Program Planning and Evaluation

The foundation of a good program and a proposal is the evaluation plan. The program evaluation plan details what you want to accomplish, how you define success, and what systematic approaches you have taken or intend to take to measure your program's progress and success. In the era of accountability and increasingly limited resources, it is important that you can demonstrate through your words and actions, how your money is being put to good use.
